Thank you for your continued use of the CHAdeMO Association Members' Portal. Please be informed of the following changes.

(1) ID and Password for Each Member Company

When accessing the Members' Portal, please use one ID and one password per member company.

(2) User ID Will Change to an Email Address (Effective July 27, 2026)

Effective July 27, 2026, the User ID for accessing the Members' Portal will be changed to an email address. From July 27 onward, please use the registered representative's email address of your member company as your User ID. You will also be required to reset your password. If you access the Members' Portal using the email address (User ID) that is currently registered, your existing registration information will be retained, and no additional review or approval process will be required. However, if you register again using a different email address, your registration will be subject to the prescribed review process, including verification of your registration information. Please note that it may take some time before your new account becomes available for use.

Please also be advised that, due to system migration work on July 27, there may be a period during which the Members' Portal will be temporarily unavailable. If you need to view or download technical documents or other materials, please do so in advance and avoid this maintenance period.
