Use cases: EV test, Charger test, Man-in-the-Middle (measure without influence)

Max. connector voltage: 500V DC

Max. connector current: 125A DC, on demand higher

Measurement voltage: 0..1000V DC

Measurement current: -200A..200A DC, on demand higher (+/-300A DC, +/- 800A DC)

Measurement of signals: 12V signals (voltage and current), quality analysis of CAN physical layer

Simulation of signals: 12V signals (configurable 5V..15V), for EV and Charger simulation

Communication Protocols: analysis and simulation of CHAdeMO 0.9.1, 1.0, 1.0.1, 1.1, 1.2, 2.0

Test Libraries to Charger: CHAdeMO 0.9, 1.1, 1.2, 2.0

Test Libraries to EV: CHAdeMO 1.1 (based on comemso test specification, which was also provided to CHAdeMO Association)

The comemso CHAdeMO Analyzer / Simulator measures between EV and Charger. It verifies both the communication and the load circuit on CHAdeMO conformity over the entire duration of charging and records all deviations.
In addition, an EV and charger with standard parameters can be simulated.
For detailed testing purposes, there are two software features are possible:
– manual/half-automated tests (create StopEvents in charging states you want, timeouts, CAN drop-outs, etc.)
– automated test libraries to EV or Charger according CHAdeMO specification
